CLOSED: Charging of fees by Accredited Data Service Providers (ADSPs) guidance note
Accredited Data Service Providers (ADSPs) are Commonwealth, state and territory government bodies, and Australian universities that provide specialised data services such as complex data integration, de-identification and secure data access services to support data sharing projects.
Under Section 140(3) of the Data Availability and Transparency Act 2022, ADSPs may charge fees for data services performed in dealing with data sharing under the DATA Scheme. The Office of the National Data Commissioner has developed draft guidance on the charging of fees by ADSPs and welcomes feedback.
Consultation for this draft guidance closed on 19 January 2024.
